General Terms and Conditions – NGL by Rebecca

Welcome to NGL by Rebecca! By visiting our website and/or purchasing anything from us, you agree to our general terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General
NGL by Rebecca operates as a sole proprietorship registered in Sweden. We offer selected products in beauty, children's items, and home goods through dropshipping, which means that goods are shipped directly from our suppliers to you as a customer.

2. Purchase and Order
All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT (25% unless otherwise stated).
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This is an acknowledgment that we have received your order, but not a binding agreement.
A purchase agreement is only entered into once we have sent a delivery confirmation.

3. Delivery
Delivery time is normally 7–15 working days. Since we use dropshipping, delivery time may vary depending on the product's origin.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by email with the option to cancel or change your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., shipping companies).

Unclaimed packages
If a package is not collected within the specified time at the agent and is returned to us, it is considered an unclaimed package.
Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal. The customer is responsible for collecting their order in time.

We offer no refund for unclaimed packages. If the customer wishes to have the order resent, a new shipping cost will be charged.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct contact information and to be aware of any notifications from the carrier.

4. Shipping
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, according to the Distance Contracts Act.
Contact us at info@nglbyrebecca.se before returning anything.
The product must be in its original condition and original packaging.
You, as the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to unclaimed packages that have not been collected within the specified time.
For unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

6. Complaints
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a picture and description.
We comply with the Consumer Purchase Act and offer free returns for approved complaints.

We offer secure payments via:

Klarna
PayPal
Google Pay / Apple Pay (if available)

8. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, or government decisions).
